- They need support to help them to move through their pregnancy and recover postnatally, with access to tools to nourish their physical and emotional well-being whilst helping them to feel less alone.
Kelly's Story
Pregnancy after loss for me was a rollercoaster and a lot of time I had to remind myself to breathe. I never felt like I was 'past the risky bit' as so many people would say, because that worry of loss was so dominant. I think pregnancy after loss for me was a mixture of grieving a care free and connected pregnancy, remembering to breathe esp at scans and appointments and waiting for that moment for my rainbow baby to be in my arms. I couldn't believe that she was real for a while and I still look at her now and cant quite believe that she is with us. I often think about the two babies that we lost. What they would be like, how old they would be, what they would sound like. Grief is apart of life now. And these are the complex mixture of emotions that Women need space to talk about and feel less alone within. This was my reason for co-creating our platform. We need and deserve better support that is sensitive to our needs and understanding of our situation. I hope our bundles provide this for you and make you feel less alone. Sending love. Kelly x

Some of us can move past this relatively easily, some of us stay stuck in a state of anxiety, recurrent thoughts, hypervigilance etc. for longer. Believe that you will reach a stage where the memory exists but is not all consuming and will not forever trigger those emotions.
