Our MOVEMENT classes include clinically led pre and postnatal Pilates and Yoga classes help you to stay strong, reduce tension and minimise aches/pains during pregnancy and as you heal from birth. We enable you to rebuild your postpartum strength with a particular focus on your core and pelvic floor. We build you up to cope with more demanding tasks and hobbies as well as the demands of motherhood.
