The PREGNANCY SUPPORT bundle provides safe, professionally led exercise and advice. This includes movement and breath work classes to prepare you for labour, a pelvic girdle pain relief workshop and perineal massage education led by our physiotherapist. We also help you prepare for motherhood with our introduction to matrescence coaching session and top things off with some relaxation meditation.

Our FOURTH TRIMESTER support holds you as you hold your baby, encouraging you to move well, enhance healing and improve sleep quality and relaxation.

Our REBUILD bundle lays down the foundations for your postpartum recovery. It helps you to rebuild your physical and emotional strength.

For most of us, regardless of how many years ago our babies were born, this is where we need to start. If you have recently given birth then you can start this bundle towards the end of your 4th trimester period (approximately 12-14 weeks postpartum) and ideally after you have worked your way through the 4th-trimester HEAL program. This bundle has a holistic approach to your recovery and includes all of our 5 pillars of health (education, movement, energy, coaching and connection).

Once all acute healing has happened, and you have laid the "rebuild" foundations of your health and fitness you should feel ready to thrive. Our THRIVE bundle helps you achieve your goals, whether that be running a marathon, jumping on the trampoline with the kids, or returning to work. Our thrive bundle aims to improve your physical, mental and emotional strength. With coaching modules on returning to work, "the inner split" and so much more.  Thrive supports you throughout motherhood.
