Grounding Exercise (12 mins)
In this video I guide you through an exercise to help you to ground yourself by connecting with your environment. Should it feel to triggering to look around please do try another of our grounding videos. If you feel safe and calm in your environment, this type of exercise can be really relaxing for your nervous system and gives it some respite from any dysregulated state.

In this video, I talk about the common anxiety and fear experienced when going to the hospital or a medical environment for an appointment or scan.
I talk through the response that your body and nervous system are having and what tools may be supportive.
